• Voski Drive is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or direct lender. We do not issue credit, distribute loans directly, or operate as a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered financial institution.

• Voski Drive operates as an independent corporate digital consultant and auxiliary financial technology engine.

1.2 STRICT NO-GUARANTEE CLAUSE

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: LOAN APPROVAL IS NOT GUARANTEED. Submission of your details via the Loan Eligibility Check form does not ensure or guarantee the grant or approval of any loan. All credit assessments, final loan approvals, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment tenures are entirely at the sole discretion of the ultimate RBI-registered lending banks/NBFCs and are strictly subject to their internal credit policies and comprehensive financial eligibility checks. Voski Drive carries zero liability or authority regarding credit approval decisions.

1.3 Partner Financial Product Disclosures (Google Ads Compliance)

Voski Drive does not set loan terms, interest rates, or repayment schedules. All financial products are provided directly by our authorized banking and NBFC partners. For your awareness, the standard industry parameters for personal loans available through our partner network generally include:

• Repayment Periods: Lending partners introduce repayment options ranging from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 60 months, depending on their internal credit policies.

• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) offered by lending partners typically ranges based on the applicant's credit profile, up to a maximum indicative rate of 24% p.a.

• Fee Structure: Voski Drive operates as a free referral platform; we charge no upfront fees to users for running a preliminary eligibility check. Final processing fees are charged directly by the ultimate lending bank/NBFC at the time of loan disbursement.

• Representative Partner Example: For a personal loan of ₹1,00,000 disbursed by a partner bank at an indicative interest rate of 11% p.a. with a repayment tenure of 36 months, the monthly EMI would be ₹3,274. The total interest payable to the lender over 3 years would be ₹17,864, and the lender's processing fee (approx. 2% + GST) would be ₹2,360, bringing the total cost of the loan cumulative to the bank to ₹1,20,224.

2. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION

2.1 Information We Collect

When utilizing our eligibility check tool, we collect sensitive personal and financial identifiers including:

• Full Name and Contact Details (Mobile Number, Email ID, Location)

• Professional and Financial Profile (Company Name, Monthly Income Range, Historical Personal Loan Enquiries)

• Credit Health (Optional CIBIL Score data)

2.2 Purpose and Sharing of Data

• By utilizing our check tools, you grant consent for Voski Drive to securely process your parameters through our internal financial valuation models to match structural parameters with banking networks. 

• Your personal data will not be sold, leased, or distributed to unauthorized third-party marketers for unrelated commercial use.

2.3 Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) & DND Consent Override

• DND / NDNC Registry Waiver: By providing your valid 10-digit mobile number, you expressly authorize Voski Drive and its authorized representative, Andromeda, to contact you via telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your personal loan placement.

• This affirmative consent explicitly overrides any registration you may have on the National Do Not Call (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

2.4 Data Security & User Rights

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your financial profile against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Users retain the right to withdraw promotional communication consent or request records adjustment at any time by contacting our support channel.
